I moved to Seville from Denver area with my wife and 2 kids. Made appointments at Elegant Smile Dentistry (now Gentle Dental) for my family. It is convenient and located in Seville Subdivision.
I arrived 7 minutes late for my 3 PM appointment. I started a new job that week, new to the area, lack of parking, and first time to Elegant. The receptionist stated that they could not see me and would need to reschedule my appointment. Instead, I cancelled all 4 appointments since they were not understanding and cannot support that kind of business.
Over a year later, I received a collection letter for $141.87 for arriving late to the appointment and 24% interest. Elegant did not contact me prior to sending me to collections. The lack of understanding and sending me to collections without contact is completely unacceptable business practices.
