  • My daughter has been attending EVO for 3 years and has learned a lot. I like their instruction methods. Facility is very nice and class times are convenient. Staff is not very friendly and heaven forbid you have to re-schedule a class. It would be helpful if you could schedule makeup classes through their website. This way the front desk person doesn't have to search for a class for you. I got the "you're killing me!" Comment when the woman had to find a class that would fit my schedule. After 3 years you would think they would learn your kid's name name after seeing them every week. Yet every week they ask her name. Don't take the last class of the day. They are in such a rush to get out of there. The last class starts late and ends early. And they start stacking the chairs early making you feel guilty for sitting in one. Very good school to learn how to swim. They just need to work on their customer service.
