rev:text	So I've mentioned on my first review how I've been going to this hotel and casino since I was a little girl and how I loved it here. Now, I'm sorry to say that I no longer feel the same about this place. I stayed here with my family during the new year weekend. January 1st was my check out date. Everything went well the whole weekend except when I realized that I left my Phillips sonicare toothbrush there. I tried to call the lost and found later that day but it was already closed. I was still in town as I was staying with my sister for a few days. I decided to call again when they opened. I was talking to a man and told him what had happened. He "supposedly" checked to see if someone turned it in but nothing. I have asked him if the housekeeping are sectioned out and he told me he couldn't tell me any of that info. I got upset because he acted like the housekeeping didn't steal anything. I even asked for his manager and he tells me that there's no manager available. That's some BS! Regardless, there's always a manager on board. He told me I can file a complaint. I told him that their staff is dishonest and that whoever cleaned up that room should be fired for stealing. Yes I know it was my fault for not double checking before leaving but when you have two younger kids with you and you're pregnant, you tend to have "pregger head". But still, UNACCEPTABLE for taking someone's belongings. This is what I get for being a LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR DECADES.
