  • My wife paid (in advance) for a part to be replaced on our car in advance, I took a 1/2 day off of work to have the installation done. AFTER dropping the car off, I was told it would cost twice what we paid to install it. Not sure how they did not realize this prior to me driving the car in for the repair. They refunded what we paid no problem; just wasted my time.
