  • I scheduled a meeting with Shannon last week for a 7:30am appointment that he never showed up to. This was unfortunate because my husband had to rearrange his work schedule and waited around for an hour for nothing. Shannon was apologetic for forgetting the appointment and I decided to give him another shot for the following week at 7:30am. He shows up at 7:50am without letting us know he was going to be late at all and provides us with a quote that is 2.5x as expensive as our most expensive quote thus far (we have 3 other quotes). I would have at least expected his timing and customer service would have been perfect with the highly inflated rates. Only updating my review because it really bothers me when people lie. I'm sure this company does great work and Shannon was friendly but my reviews are always accurate. Below is an image of our conversation with Shannon's "to the minute" appointment time.
