  • The worst place, you pay $1300 per month and they charge you a communal electric fee? On top of being charged $250 a month for electricity? And then, they didn't even hook up my dishwasher before I moved in and I had this disgusting smell for 3 days which was from my backlogged garbage disposal. It was nasty, I had to go stay with a friend because it took them 4 days to fix it...definitely would not recommend!
