  • Wanted a membership intro and was told the membership person was not available and was not offered, a seat water, a brochure or encouraged to wait. The person at the front desk (an older person) was not friendly, actually rude and not at all cordial. After reading the negative reviews here, I understand how important it is to read all the views. I won't go back.
