The help when available is very kind and courteous. They are very knowable about the product. Here comes the problem. Once you leave the store and discover a problem...the staff turns into robots reciting the same phrases. "no that's not possible. Ok, but you can come here but I know that's not correct. We're a small store. We can't do that. You'll need to speak to the owner." It is like they have built a mote around the owner and do and say everything to keep you from returning to the store to correct an error. Are they covering up their errors or this is store policy. The way I'm done. To me a business with good will is before and fret the sale. If this is the treatment after the sale I can find another place. Shame on you and your minions.
