  • The best ramen in Calgary. PERIOD. I am a fan of classic tonkatsu, and think it is a consistent dish by which all ramen places may be compared. Their Tonkatsu is everything it should be and doesn't bother trying to be hip or new just for the sake of it. Don't mess with what works, right? Their other bowls and appetizers are also very good. The only downsides are hours and parking. Try to show up at 11 am to avoid waiting.
