This used to be such a great store. I loved going in to browse (and buy) the fantastic linens, interesting housewares and fun/quirky novelty items. For years, this was our go-to store for Christmas stocking stuffer shopping and many other items.
Now, there is no more store; it has been transformed into a faux designer showroom for the mass market, and if reviews are any indication, furniture quality and service have suffered accordingly. This is the stupidest idea ever. The type of people who can't afford a designer to take them to real interior design centers are not going to be repeat customers of RH once they have had to stay home from work more than once to try and take delivery of an item they ordered, or had to personally arrange a return of an item that didn't work out. Someone who can afford a designer to do these things for them doesn't care about service being efficient or accurate. But the typical RH customer cannot afford to waste their time that way. Unbelievable that RH doesn't get that.
