The worst customer service ever. The supervisors and management of this store are clearly under-qualified for their positions and certainly do not have the problem solving, or critical thinking skills to manage conflict; by conflict I mean issues with AT&T overcharging and not providing the products as promised, for example. The insurance they provide for their phones is a ripoff and a scam. Save yourself, do not enter into any contracts with this global corporate giant who thinks nothing of ripping off hard working people. If Yelp would allow it, we would not rate this company any stars at all. Zero.
