rev:text	i scheduled an appointment to have my air duct vents in my home cleaned for friday 9-29-17. i was told that i would get a call before the technician came out which i did. i was told that he would be at my home in about 45 minutes. he didnt show up till an hour and a half later. i tried calling him to see where he was at and he didnt answer or return my call. when he did show up (he didnt even apologize for being late) he went over pricing with and i told him i was fine with the price so he was going to start. he took the machine out of the truck and come to find out the machine switch didnt work. he said he would need to go back to the office in scottsdale to fix it and come back later this afternoon which didnt work with me so we rescheduled for sunday october 1st, 2017...today for 8am. he said he would call me on his way out. not only did i not recieve a call, but he never showed up! this company has absolutely no customer service skills or how to operate a business skills. as a business owner myself before you schedule work and go out to the site you should check and make sure the equipment works and if you are scheduled for a specific time and will be late....please call and let your customer know. we are busy and cannot just sit and wait for you to show up when it is convenient for you. i had decided to use this company due to some good reviews and had ignored the bad reviews...this is to tell you do not ignore the bad reviews. will be using someone else for my air duct cleaning.
