  • This company will find any excuse to exclude something basic from your pet's policy. Even my vet couldn't figure out why they excluded tick bites from my dogs' policies. Embrace said my dog had once been depressed due to a tick bite. No joke. The vet couldn't find anything in their records to support that. Embrace stood their ground though and I went back to Pet Plan. Stay away from these charlatans!
