  • After I wrote my review, I contacted AS to give them one more chance to deliver the remote or else get a refund for it. They had a unit coincidentally in stock and made an appointment to come out the next morning to install it. It took about 15 minutes to complete and everything is in working order. AS also called later to follow-up and left a message to make sure I was satisfied. For this reason I'm bumping up to 4 stars. While overall we're happy with the work quality and the employees are pretty friendly, I just wish I hadn't had to chase them down over the last six months to get everything done.
