  • Disappointing... All the workers seemed dead and clearly have no enthusiasm about their product and about their job. Went on a Sunday and they only had one chocolate-covered strawberry left, and not a single apple left... And nobody offered to make more to sell us even though we are at the factory. There are no free samples even for paying customers. See's has much better customer service!!! Cactus garden would have been spectacular since it was full of decorated Christmas lights, but they only turned on a very small section, even though there were so many of us taking photos... They couldn't care less or were saving on power, not sure... The only interesting thing was a short video about the history of Ethel M. Better off visiting M&M factory. So much potential with the right management, too bad it is lacking...
