rev:text	WORST PLACE EVER. Nish Ina (general manager) and Angel are the most incompetent, ghetto workers I've ever encountered. They speak with an attitude (with wobbly heads) interrupt our conversations and speak rudely of what we are speaking of in our PRIVATE conversation. Their fat rent a cop did the same! They KNOW this is the bottom of the barrel and you're only there BECAUSE you have nowhere else to go...the rent a cop heard me complaining to my boyfriend, and acted like he knew of a situation he was nowhere near and had the audacity to say, "if you don't like it here, you can always find somewhere else"....like I said, obviously we would if we could!!! I've stayed at bunch of weeklies and this is BY FAR the WORST. If you don't mind incompetent, back talking, ghetto talking hood rats performing as front desk customer service, then by all means this is the place for you! I've stayed at manor suites, who is MUCH BETTER! Dirtier, but at least the staff is nice and competent. They called me the day my rent was due and asked if I wanted to extend or check out. One week I was a few hours late and they were like it's ok, just come down and pay when you can. THIS PLACE...doesn't call at all, just checks you out at 11am on the dot and send their rent a cop up to lock you out while you go pay the rent. Mind you, he knocked, I was in the bathroom, and yelled I was naked and he immediately barged in with his key anyway and locks you out! THEN you have to pay the first week rent ($302) all over again. And If you have an eviction, you have to pay the extra $100 AGAIN ($400 TOTAL) all over again instead of the $258. This part is the best...they make you fill out the paperwork all over again along with copies of your ID's again Bc they're too incompetent to just take copies of LAST WEEK's paperwork and ID's and just give you the signature pages again that are dated. Then give you attitude when you question it. They get lippy and I couldn't even understand the Ebonics they were speaking with wobbly heads. Like I said, GHETTO TRASH. Their maintenance outside is disgusting, they don't clean up.
