  • marianas is a mexican supermarket that we shop at quite often... we usually go there to buy our produce bc its fresher and cheaper than everywhere else and to buy our fresh meats such as ranchera preparada (to grill carne asada at home) bc its already marinated and ready-to-grill... out of all the other mexican markets weve been to, marianas has the most consistency on quality and pricing... with all that being said, tonite's review is striclty for the kitchen area of the market where they prepare home-made hot food daily and serve it up with a smile. we have been coming here for years but just recently decided to start using our yelp acct. tonite i had the pozole and my husband had the cosido de res... the portions are HUGE, come with tortillas and rice and Doña Rosa is always super happy and friendly. wouldve given 5stars, but the table area could be cleaner... we walked outta there only spending $16... if youre in the area, give em a shot!!
