  • So far, we have been underwhelmed by our experience here. I'm always cautious about apartment reviews because things tend to be exaggerated, but I will try to be honest about our experience. When we viewed the spec apartment, it looked beautiful and everyone was nice. We were excited to move here. However, since being here, little things have popped up again and again. We were told our apartment would have the hard floors instead of carpet, but our apartment is only partially hard floors. We double and triple checked that our apartment would be ground level with no stairs and our apartment is down 4 sets of small stairs. When we moved in there were several items that needed to be fixed and it took several weeks for maintenance to get to us (apparently our work order accidentally got marked as completed). And after they came, they found they needed some parts ordered and a few weeks later, they have still not been fixed (such as our blinds). The people that we work with in the leasing office and maintenance team have always been helpful and courteous. We've had several issues with wasps and yellow jackets and had a few cockroaches. Pest control comes on Tuesday's, but the nest on our deck has been so large it's taken a few visits and we haven't been able to use our deck since we moved in. When we were viewing apartments before we moved in we didn't realize that the bedrooms and living rooms don't have ceiling lights, everything has to be lit via lamps. And since we've been here we've also had issues with our dryer and a/c. The complex is in a great area and is a decent price, but so far we are already looking forward to going somewhere else. I will definitely update this review the longer we are here. I really try to be fair and honest in my reviews and if things get better or worse I will update it.
