  • Whoever was working the driverhru he did a terrible job. We were in the drive-through and I repeated my order three times. The Barista still got it wrong. The cinnamon dolce pumps for my wife's drink were not sugar-free, and he gave us a venti cold brew that we did not order, but were charged for. (Maybe the sound system is messed up?) Oh well, i guess I will remove the ice and have a cold brew saved for when I work late tonight :-) im sticking to 16st/Bethany location in future.
