This review is for Cox in general. And frankly, they don't care about their customers so posting this doesn't help anyone but me, as it allows me to vent.
Cox's 'Loyalty' Department is a joke! I called to inquire about my escalating bill over the past two months, it increased over $50.00 a month and initially was on the phone with a very nice young man. I told him I wanted to really try and get my bill down to where it was before we moved in July (under $200.00) it is now over $250.00. This young man thought he could help and asked me to hold. After 5 minutes of being on hold a woman by the name of Ricki came on; she was rude and snarky and very unhelpful. Because of her, we will be cancelling our service (we are looking for other providers as I type). She basically said that we are lucky to have the service and save the money we are saving. We should be paying over $300.00 a month. Thanks for nothing Cox and Ricki in the Loyalty Department. You are losing great customers.
