  • We had a leak at the water pressure return valve in the garage. After being warned that this company was notorious for overcharging I stupidly went ahead and called them. When I asked him about alternatives to the overly inflated charge to replace the worn valve all the plumbing tech could offer was some cheap car salesman pitch. Red flags go up when the guy greets you with " how you are going to pay" then the repair charge mysteriously went up when told the property was a rental.
