  • Rio looks better on the inside than the outside. The newer parts near the convention center are more in line with what you'd see at Mandalay Bay. There are a few decent dining options inside, but the service can be slow and the food pricey. The restrooms in the convention center hallway featured overflowing urinals this past weekend.
