The most miserable pharmacy on the planet. I have used them/tried to use them twice for 90-day orders. Each time there have been multiple problems requiring multiple phone calls to fix. Both times the solution took so long I ran out of the medicine, and I ordered a month ahead of time!
I won't run you through the entire sad story, but know that I REordered a medicine July 14 and it is now August 18th without it having even been mailed! They cancel my order over and over because they have not heard from my doctor when they say he must authorize a particular medicine, but he swears he has not received their faxed form. I worked on this about two days ten days ago and got them to manually send him the authorization. He confirmed he got it and sent it in to them. I got a letter saying Humana had received it, YET THEY CANCELED MY ORDER FOR THE THIRD TIME. Their computer does not send the authorization request to my doctor when they say it does. Over and over they say it was sent and over and over my doctor says he has received other requests, but nothing from Humana for me. I am about to call them for about the tenth time (not an exaggeration) about this order, but I'm too angry to talk to anyone yet.
If you sign up for a Medicare Part D plan with these people you are an idiot. It's that bad. I'm trapped until 2016. There is a reason they are the cheapest. They are totally incompetent.
