I hope that all of you happy customers got a second opinion before you had this company replace your expensive air conditioner. I am reporting Patrick Riley to the AZ Corporation Commission and to Maricopa County Sheriff's fraud department.
After being told that I must replace my AC unit I decided to get a second opinion. Two other HVAC companies found that only the fan motor was bad and I had the unit fixed for $480.
After reporting this issue to a service manager at Patrick Riley I was told that they do not condone this type off activity and that they would investigate my claim and take disciplinary action against the employee that gave me the fraudulent diagnosis.
I live in a senior community and wonder how many other seniors have been taken advantage of.
I sort of left it hanging. Patrick Riley NEVER responded with their findings. After several attempts at calling them I gave up.
Also I was quoted a price of $4200, by another company, for the very same Trane unit that Patrick Riley wanted $8500 for.
