UM JUST NO. I'm not even directly dealing with bell. I am trying to set up a Tekksavvy internet connection and they have to send Bell technicians to set up the internet.
Holy S*** am i frustrated. After 2 weeks I am beyond fed up with bell. The first time the guy came he said oh this is a new construction you need a wire you need to call to make an appointment again. So i did, for the next week another technician said he was coming in 20 minutes, i was there 10 minutes later and waited for 2 hours. finally frustrated I called tekksavvy asking where he was, apparently he came and said there was "no access" which is bull because i was waiting there for hours. FINALLY today the third time (i've been trying to get internet since the 11th) the technician comes... he walks around the house 5 times and sits in his truck for 30 minutes.
I approach him asking, okay so are you going to do anything today or? You've just been sitting on your phone in your truck for the last 30 minutes. (because it's a new house it's very cold and there's an ice storm today).
he told me that "oh you need a wire so you have to call and set up another appointment"
after wasting 4 hours of my time!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS. awful awful service,

DON'T DO ANYTHING WITH BELL. THEY ARE SO BAD AT CUSTOMER SERVICE
