Had an easy flight into Cleveland and the shuttle was waiting to take me to the Rental Car center. That was the highlight. I arrived at the Hertz desk to find a very agitated woman screaming she had been waiting for a car for 45 minutes. I soon came to understand her pain.
There were 2 young women working the counter. When I say young, I mean they looked like they were still in high school. I gave my name to the woman taking care of me and was immediately interrupted by the other woman. This other reservations clerk could not go more than 30 seconds without coming over and interrupting the woman who was working on my reservation. This happened constantly while I was at the counter. Then there was an issue with my credit card, what it was I still don't know. She could not answer any of my questions. After 30 minutes of this, I finally got my car and was on my way. I gave the second star for finding I had a very comfortable mid size car when I had reserved a compact.
