  • Don't bother making an appointment; they take customers in the order they show up even without an appointment. I was a couple of minutes early for my appointment and watched as the stylist took another customer ahead of me and then proceeded to call another ahead of me even though neither had an appointment. So I guess the question is: what's the point of making an appointment?
