rev:text	We've been using Walts for the past 4 years or so. First time was for a service call when our big screen TV went out and we needed service; Walt's was recommended by the chain we bought the original set. When we learned the price of repairing the "mother board" we decided to go with a new set recommended by the technician which I realize was not the best way to go - and when they installed it and I was unhappy with the quality, they said no problem, come down to the store and select one more to your liking. We did, they swapped it out. True, the store is not one with all the bells and whistles that will knock you off your feet - but they have a good sampling, the salesmen know the merchandise and what they can get that's not on the floor and we've subsequently bought a few more sets from them, one for my kitchen very easily over the phone - in addition to a having repairs made on our sound system and a new universal remote., services I wasn't even certain they provided until I recently called to inquire. The service techs are prompt (for the most part, arriving within the promised hour) and efficient at explaining how the devices work. They appear to be competitive cost-wise and much easier to contact than several other companies offering similar repair services. We've also bought service contracts on all three subsequent TVs we've purchased from them -and have found their customer service to be helpful and courteous at all times. Would not hesitate to use them again.
