The store in general is great but Stephanie, the salesperson that helped me, was not up
To par. I went there and purchased a Tacori band from her. On the 30th day I contacted her because I wanted to change to a different setting. We went back and forth through email and she indicated that she was in trying to contact the Tacori Rep to see i quote on price for me. Stephanie said she would contact me back and let me know. Not once did she take the initiative to call or text me to let me know. When I had texted her in the evening she replied back with "they closed already" being in the retail and customer service industry anyone that spends more than $5000 should be treated a little better than that. I didn't want to complain but it's been more than a month and it still bothers me.
