  • Update. After seeing my previous review corporate finally contacted me and resolved the situation. I always appreciate when companies make the effort to correct errors so I had to change my original rating. It was still a huge hassle so I'm leaving it at 3 for now, but I'm going to keep using them because they are very convenient and maybe after a while I'll raise it more!
