  • I had a problem with a certain watchmaker whose crown system wore out very frequently. I managed to get 7 years out of mine but TWS and other forums have members complaining about them breaking as soon as 4 months. Shane took it apart and managed to fit a different system in and it's been several months and it works great! He helped me keep a very sentimental piece running and I will entrust all my watches to him.
