rev:text	There appears to be a real lack of communication between Pete and Janet. Pete came out to do an estimate on a clean up (Thursday) and stated Janet would follow through with scheduling for a proposed start date of Monday. By Saturday, no communication from Janet. I left a phone message asking about a time and also sent an email. No reply. Monday morning left several messages for Janet and one for Pete. No reply. Crew showed and stated they were only instructed to do partial cleanup. When I said this was different from what Pete stated on Thursday...crew member replied there were communication difficulties between Janet and Pete. Called both Pete and Janet again (neither answers the cell btw) to ask them to prepare a first and final bill. Lo' and behold...I get a return call from Janet immediately. She states a message was left for me by her Friday giving the date and time crew was to show. Now, I find this dubious...how would she rationalize I called and left so many messages asking for this information if she was comfortable that this communication had been completed on her end? As for my email, her reply was it must have been sent to her junk. If you are looking for gardeners don't answer your calls, neglect to follow through with communications and are rude and unabashed about their shortcomings...PD Landscaping is the service for you. It's unfortunate...because the workers themselves are perfectly adequate. Management/Owners need a shakeup.
