  • Stayed for 2 nights on a Friday and Saturday for a wedding which was also held in this hotel. The location is awesome! It's walking distance to many eateries and shops - most importantly, there is an exit from this hotel that leads you steps away to the Eaton Centre (mall)! This door is located on the left of the concierge desk. Walk out thru the front entrance, turn right to walk towards Dundas street, make a right for mini-Times Square, or make a left for even more restaurants! This is definitely a prime location. The room was nice and clean. Nothing fancy, nothing terrible, just fine! I didn't think it looked old. Our room had 2 double beds. Our bathroom didn't have a vent fan, so it will easily get steamy during a warm shower. There was a full size body mirror in the closet as well as iron and board. Hair dryer in the bathroom. No fridge. The safe didn't work for us, but it's in one of the drawers. Coffee maker with coffee, cups, and tea provided. Since the wedding party was also staying here, we were able to visit one of the suites and the presidential suite. I can't remember if the bride and groom got those rooms as part of a package or as a freebie. The presidential suite was like an apartment with a separate bedroom, huge dining table, living room, and kitchen. The smaller suite had one of those beds that come out of the wall, a dining table, and a small kitchen area. That suite also connected to 2 of the basic rooms (2 double bed room). The lobby is cozy and spacious. It served as our meet up spot since a lot of family members were staying at the hotel too. There is lemon and cucumber water provided. I LOVED that the lobby restrooms - or should I say, washrooms - provided toilet seat covers! That was the one and only place that I visited in Toronto that provided toilet seat covers!! =D We never ordered any food from the hotel (except for the dishes served in the ballroom for the wedding which was tasty!) - but there's a whole food court with waaaayyyy too many options at Eaton Centre, there's a Denny's around the corner as well as Bare Burger and boba/bubble tea shops. I'm unsure of how much parking is and unsure of the room rate. We only encountered friendly and accommodating staff throughout our stay. =]
