  • I'd give this place zero stars if I could. Unfriendly staff and they are so stingy and money hungry they won't tape the top of a box closed for you, even if it's obvious you are in the city as a tourist and buying a roll of shipping tape is a stupid waste, oh and the cheapest tape they sell is $6. The woman didn't even try to sound sympathetic, she was so rude. To top it all off sending out a package usually takes me less than five minutes at a FedEx at the store it took almost 15 minutes. Way to be a crappy business!!!
