rev:text	I don't have one positive thing to say. I used pure landscape twice. Fool me once, fool Me twice...as the saying goes. I was renting and asked them to get me into compliance with the HOA as I had seen their truck and known people to them in the neighborhood. They said "it'll be around 125 - 150 for this one time service, it's just clean up and trimming" so I signed the work order. My wife called and said, these guys have been here a real long time. "Oh great" I thought. I got the bill. A complete overhaul . The fixed all kinds of leaks in irrigation, ripped out a tree, and all kinds of other stuff without permission!! I asked for a clean up and I was in a rental, there was no reason for this. Billed me for like 350. I had a small stroke and called to complain and it took about 6 months to straighten it out. Fast forward. Called again, benefit of the doubt kinda thing, asking for a deweeding. I told my nanny they'd be coming and she said they weren't here very long. "Oh great" I thought. Went around the house, weeds everywhere! They did nothing! I called leaving numerous messages to complain and told them I wasn't paying for doing the work myself. No response. Today they told me they were going to take me to court and I was cut off from service. Well thank God for that, because I obviously am a gluten for self induced stress! Oh there is more. I built a house, guess who did the landscaping...not by choice. Since I've moved in three plants have died, the irrigation is all misplaced, it's the shoddiest job I have ever since. Been in for like 2 weeks and they've been out three times to fix issues to my knowledge. Do not use this company. They are a terrible company. They are dishonest, use shady tactics, and do shoddy work.
