Well now! We went to Pancho's when it first opened and I must say that this place has really really gotten it's act together! Chips and salsa appeared on the table, the Margarita's are nice and mid strong and the food oh the food! GREAT portions and home made just like back home in New Mexico. I had the Trios Los Panchos and it was HUGE! This plate has the chicken, beef and cheese enchilada covered with special sauce (chili) with sour cream and rice and beans. The beans are home made and the chicken was sooo tender! We had the Tres Leche cake for dessert and YUMMMMY! Light and fluffy milk cake with whipped creme frosting. The service was wonderful and our waiter Jose answered all questions regarding the spiciness of the food. Great atmosphere as the plants are real and the sound of a water fountain adds to the enjoyment of your meal. A definitely great dining experience!!
