  • We waited over an hour for this place to open when they confirmed a 9'oclock pick up time via email for our U-Haul truck. They didn't open until ten. Past ten now and we are still waiting for them to open. As a professional courtesy to your customers, honor your opening and closing times, and honor your written word- if you say pick up a truck at 9 am, be here at 9 am to open your doors. Would never recommend to a friend who is moving.
