  • I booked this truck for my husband's retirement party / birthday party with 70-80 guests. Less than 72 hours before the party they called and let me know they had "mechanical" issues with the truck and they would not be able to fix before the party. I was quite freaked out as I had several guest to provide for. I asked if they had a back up plan and they said they would "try" to find me another truck. I was upset and said to the Tori who I think is the owner that "I could not breath" meaning I was freaking out and she freaked out on me! She's like "OMG, she can't breath" like mocking me! She said "She would be happy to refund me my non refundable deposit" and hung up the phone on me. Actual hang up.... I'm thinking, oh how nice, I get my refund back as if this was some sort of favor. Then a man calls me back and said they found another truck for me called Superfarm truck. The reviews for this company are not good but I was told they had new ownership and they are now great. I did not have a lot of options so I reluctantly agreed. The other truck ended up having "mechanical" issues as well, showed up over two hours late and left without even telling me they were leaving. The warning here folks is not really that this company is so bad, I'm sure this is not the norm for them, the warning is beware of food trucks that DO NOT HAVE A BACK UP PLAN as you may find yourself getting cancelled just hours before your party and you may want to have a back up plan of your own.
