  • Complete liars and will overcharge you for sure! Before bringing my car to this location, i have already done inspections at other garages around this one to really check what is wrong with my car. everyone said the same issue, need ball joint replacement. when i came to this active green & ross location, miraculously they found out too that breaks are faulty and needed to be replaced soon, radiator hose and cap needs to be replaced and the drive belts are broken. prior to this, i came here in the past for an oil change and out of the blue they told me they needed to flush the coolant because its necessary (so they flushed my radiator coolant before and didn't find that my radiator already needed some parts serviced/replaced in first place??) they will milk you every penny you've got. i found out from the other garages that they overcharged me for parts and labour by so much! i know very little about cars but fortunately i now know to do my research first and get second opinions. will never return to this location anymore and will highly advice everyone i know to do the same. during the time i had done my oil change/coolant flush here, i found that my cloth seat also had grease on it. it wasn't even just minor, it was too bad i found grease stains on my pants too when i sat on it. they didn't even have the courtesy to cover the seats or have some kind of protection to not soil my seats. I've been nothing but nice to them but after this last visit i think it is my duty to spread the word so no other person would have to suffer what happened to me. PS. i dealt with 2 assistant/sales manager at this location. if ever you REALLY had to go to this location for some bizarre reason, talk to the asian guy names Song/Sung. at least he TRIED to be honest to me by saying some of the repairs told to me by the other sales guy were deferrable but still, their prices were still overpriced.
