  • There is no "0" star, I would give that if I could. I have came to here twice for the last week. Hot beverages are always cold. Today, I ordered a grande cappuccino and and a tall white chocolate mocha. Both were cold and grande cappuccino was almost empty and more lighter than a tall one. I had asked the guy to fill it, the result was terrible. I do not think that I will come by again to that location.
