rev:text	If I could give zero stars I would. This place is awful they have cockroaches, horrible attitudes, and aren't helpful. My sister and I moved into this place after we did a walk through. We were told we couldn't see our apartment until the lease was signed and I had no idea we would be signing up with the devil. We signed the lease (worst mistake I have ever made) and went into out new home and it looked nothing like the one we saw. The manager Jessie has not helped one bit she is extremely rude and so are her minions. We had a problem with our aps bill 3 months in a row of 700$ we had aps come out and clear it up that is was not their fault. I had the apartments maintenance guy in and out telling him I was a digital thermostat and a new a/c unit they put in a new thermostat and right away my aps bill went back to normal 40$ a month. I brought it to Jessies attention and she treated me like I was her child and talked down to me which I do not appreciate and also lied and brought in a maintenance man that has never worked on my unit since I have been here and he said my a/c was set to 56 and it never goes below 78. I asked for the number of her boss and she gave me the wrong number. I asked for copies of my lease and she has yet to give those either. Which if they know their laws that's illegal. So is signing up someone and putting them down as a occupant instead of a lease holder if they're over the age of 18 and live there full time. She yells at customers, try to act better then everyone, and is absolutely useless. I hope this community realizes there's a lot of unhappy residents here and either get new staff or put their staff through training so they know exactly what they are doing. The worst apartment complex by far with the most disrespectful employees I have ever come across in my life. I felt torn down by someone I am a customer to and that is not ok with me. They're owned by alliance look into before you rent and I truly do hope the people above Jessies head realize they need to get rid of her or they will start to lose a lot of business. All my surrounding neighbors have agreed.
