| - This is an interesting place. At Flat Top Grill, you choose your own starch, vegetables, meat, and sauce and the staff cooks it in front of you. So if you mix things that shouldn't really go together, it doesn't taste right. On the other hand, if you know what you're doing, it might taste better. They do provide popular ingredient mixes to give you a baseline if you're completely lost.
So, the best thing about this place is the all-you-can-eat. You pay 1 or 2 bucks more to do buffet style, rather than just get one bowl (which can taste bad if you mess up). A great deal. My favorite, however, is not the unlimited stir fry you can create, but the nan bread that you can have with each bowl you make.
Overall, neat idea. I approve.
