@ Chanel C. from Clearly: Please do not post comments that are not true. Nobody from Clearly and definitely not an Operations Manager have made any attempts to contact me just to make Clearly "appear professional". It's sad that poor service isn't handled at the time of incident. I would know because I check my emails including junk mail. It's interesting how I never heard back from anyone at Clearly and when I post my comment then Clearly thinks they can save their image by making up false lies. I have an email proof of a Clearly rep that emailed me "by mistake" asking her colleague if she should respond back to my complaint; I think she was utterly embarrassed when I replied to tell her that she emailed me instead and I still don't understand why she could have apologized for my experience! Seriously, if I want the same terrible customer service experience and untrained pupil calculation to ruin my eyesight then I will go back to Clearly, but this obviously isn't going to happen. I have since purchased a pair of name brand eyeglasses elsewhere and the cost was around the same price as the Clearly glasses that have a more economical look.
