The quote "you get what you pay for" comes to mind, firstly I waited an hour in the chair before they helped me, all the while listening to some girl have an extremely loud phone conversation that lasted the entire time I was there (I can't fault them for that but it didn't help matters) and it was only when I got up to walk out did they acknowledge that I was there, while I waited I wasn't offered water (if you frequently go to nails salons you know they offer water or other beverages) when I was finally seen they were adamant that I upgrade my package I had to tell her 3 times that I just wanted the basic pedicure. Even with the basic I wanted callus removal and that was extra. To me, overpriced extra, but they have to make their money somewhere. For the price, the place is fine; I wouldn't personally recommend it to anyone, nor will I be returning but as least my color is cute. Also, I might add that the lady that did my pedicure seemed very nice, not talkative at all, but nice.
