  • I had previously leased from Mentor Kia and I knew that I wanted to purchase my next car. After a terrible experience, I headed to Menor Nissan where I found the jeep that I eventually purchased. Even though the process took what seemed like 10 hours (more like 3 in actuality) I thought everyone did an excellent job. The dealership closed at 6, but I didn't leave until almost 9. Andrew did a great job even though he had only been there for 1 month! The financing person was amazing and so was the used car manager. I appreciate all their help and hope my Jeep will be with me for years to come.
