  • I was extremely disappointed when we stayed at this resort. The salesman was so pushy, kept calling me, leaving voice mails, calls my sister in Michigan to see if she knows when we will be checking in. Seriously?? Then... I got stung TWICE by a scorpion in my bed!!! My foot was numb for about a month. I filed a report, they took pictures of my foot. I was told I would be getting a call from loss prevention about what they were going to do for me. I never got the call, I called daily for 2 weeks and left messages, finally a woman answers and says they will get to me when it's my turn. I want a full refund for my week stay there. We had to move rooms too, and we were put further away from our friends. I feel I should be compensated.
