  • My experience with Lin was pretty smooth sailing. All the questions I had was answered. As far as scheduling goes, she was very flexible and understanding when I was an hour late to my appointment (I updated my calendar when I was in a different time zone). I feel the pricing was reasonable, although not the cheapest, but the professional atmosphere and quick service makes up for it. Being a new resident to Arizona, I feel Lin did a great job of making me better understand the tax system and laws here to maximize my return.
