  • HARD PASS. if I could give this place zero stars I would. Went in trusting they would give me the best loan possible. I was a young, single, female first time buyer and felt like they tried to take advantage of this. I did research, knew the rate they we're giving me was high, and looked else where. When I told him this, was given much lower costs. Then lower costs again due to the "federal rate." It was BS. The cherry on top of this awful sundae was when he texted me, requesting I call him and then proceeded to scold me that I decided to go elsewhere. "I put so much time and work into this, let's close this." All in all a bunch of crap. I have never been treated this way by a business- horrendous! Go with UWCU!
