  • I will forever be thankful for Dr. Chen and her staff. I called after needing to leave work when my regular dentist thought they could just fill a deep cavity. Turns out I needed a root canal... and pronto! I work just a few minutes from there and I had an appointment in about 10 minutes! The front staff girls were so kind helping me find my way in all of the medical office buildings as I made my way. I had my X-rays taken as soon as I finished my paperwork, I was given the price, ok'ed that and I was taken to the next room. I will add I am always thankful when the Dr puts the topical anesthetic on before the shots, call me a baby, but it makes a difference! My entire root canal was literally pain free! Dr Chen uses a special microscope type of device that eliminates the multiple X-rays with those file things stuck into the roots (Im sure you know what I'm talking about if you've had it), much easier and more comfortable. All in all I think I was only there for a little over an hour, including my new patient paperwork. While I do hope I never need to go back, I no doubt will have any fear of a root canal if I do!
