rev:text	Beware!!! the reviews and rating speak for themselves!! the very few 5 star reviews have got to be their own people attempting to give their business some credit. I wish I can give less stars. To start off this company has very poor management. The owner Ruben does not care for the people or circumstance, very rude and disrespectful. I explained that my tenant is left without air conditioning in the 106 degree Las Vegas weather and his only response to all that was "so what you want me to do? I have a $3000 office bill I need to pay, I cant give you anything". I explained that she is very old and has cancer and there is no way I can leave her in the home, The general manager said "then don't". I am very upset and disappointed in all of them. The tech's are all under trained and not knowledgeable of the installation process nor do they have the tools to test the unit after it's installed. I don't think it should take 10 days to install only a compressor(currently still not working). They told me they don't have the tools to recapture my R22 Freon so they need to let the gas go and refill with new R22(13 pounds) for my 3 ton unit at $50 a pound. The last time I checked R22 is very bad for the ozone layer and AC companies should recapture it. THIS COMPANY IS NOT HONEST!!!!!!!!! The company got payed $2000 for the new compressor plus I had to pay $600 for my tenant to stay in a hotel were its cool until I can figure out the AC situation. I will also be reporting this with the BETTER BUSINESS BEAU, I highly recommend all of you to also report your experience to the BETTER BUSINESS BEAU as well.
